Making giger water
half a lemon
ginger – 2inch piece
water – 3 cups
Grate a big piece of ginger and add 3 cups of water. Add juice of half a lemon. Add some honey and mix well.
This will help cure Migraines,joint imflammation, Arthritis or Heartburn.
