Women need more sleep than men because according to science women's brain work hard than men.

According to science women has complex brain there for they want more sleep. Scientist is found that women's psychological stress, hostility, angry and depression are increase by this poor sleep.

But same sleep time get men not showed these symptoms.

The sleep is very important to re-build the brain. While we are sleeping our cortex in the brain is responsible to our thoughts, memory and language. If you more use it throughout the day you should more sleep.

Women are multi task people. And also they do more works in one time and they flexible than men. Their for they worked their brain than men.So they want long sleep.

And also men who doing complex jobs and getting more decision are want more sleep.

But not necessary like’s women. The reason for that is women's brain is more complex than men.

 

Women want more than 8 hr sleep

We know generally we want 8 or 7 hrs sleep. but women need more than 8 hrs.
