"Don't think if you have anything in this life you can't do.I'm not reduced my weight not getting foods.

Foods make me happy. I never avoid any food if I need. I take ghee and butter also.

I completely stop only sugar and also I was control carbohydrate intake.

I followed my regular diet. Did exercises."

She said more,

" I never went to see nutritionists. Still it was me and my mothers work.

I was searched Google and my mother's vastest knowledge of foods was help to my weight loss.

Let's see her diet plan

 

BREAKFAST

Starts her day with a glass of warm water

After half an hour – grains and fruit mixed food with non-fat milk.

An hour before exercises – bread with 2 egg white omelets, fruit (papaya or an apple)

After exercises – 5 boiled egg whites.

 

LUNCH

Normally consists of –

Multigrain roti with butter, Vegetables tossed in olive oil , homemade curd 

 

Sometimes,

 

Fried chicken or Brown bread sandwich stuffed with vegetables 

Brown rice with homemade chicken.
