Water is very important to live for animals as well as plants. To live without water is a fake dream. So water will give you many symptoms when it goes down in the body. The human body functions are wonderful. The body will regulate everything without any help of us.
These are some symptoms of dehydration. So take adequately water per day.
1. Frequency of urination is increased since 6-7 times to 2 – 3 times.
2. Dry skin is shown you that body require water more over.
3. Headache will appear when your body has minimum water.
4. If you suffer by dry mouth it is cause to decrease of salivation. This will be correct when you take water again. This will leads to throat and mouth infections.
5. Urine color is a great sign to classify dehydration. If your urine color is dark you have to take water adequately.
6. If you feel hunger just after you had man meal you have to consider about drinking water.
7. Dizziness is a sign of dehydration.
8. Chronic dehydration. There so many signs and symptoms.
