Rice is the main meal of the many people of the world special in Asia. People think brown color food is better than white color foods. They think brown rice is healthy for human than white rice.

Why do people think that white rice is not good for healthy life?

They think white increases blood glucose level. Blood glucose level is decided by type of rice not the color of rice.

International food science and nutrition association is explained about this. Blood glucose level is increased by brown Basmathi than the white Basmathi.

White rice has many advantages. Phytate is in the brown rice than the white rice. Phytate is reducing absorption of minerals in gastro intestinal tract. Brown rice has vitamin and nutrients. But brown rice will reduce absorption of minerals.

So don’t put label on the foods as good or bad. Always there are good things and bad things.
